Individual Strengths Research Analysis Is Term Paper

Specific steps necessary for the completion of this deliverable include the identification of any local competitors in the cafe and restaurant industries, as well as providers of Internet services through computer use or wi-fi networks. Pricing comparisons for menu items and bandwith (if charged for) will also need to be conducted, as will an analysis of the specific products and services -- from menu items to delivery service, where applicable. Analysis of this review will reveal specific local opportunities for the proposed business venture. Identifying the target audience and efficiently and correctly segmenting them will take a somewhat longer period, though will tend to be more generally applicable to all regions of operation given the overall goals and values of the proposed venture. Analysis of consumer trends in relation to both Internet use and availability of disposable income for food items and other products offered at the cafes must be conducted in each area before construction commences, ensuring that there is an adequate market supply for the business to be viable and make a social impression. Menu preference analysis should be an ongoing feature of the business's development even during operation, to ensure that the brand remains current. initial preference analysis, however, can be completed largely at the same time as target analysis and segmentation occurs; similar or even concurrent (or commingled) surveys could accomplish both analyses inside of a month, covering wide ranges of the target society to determine optimal menus.

Success and Accountability

Thoroughness and reliability...

Both of these metrics also have relatively easy methods of analysis to assist in the determination of the success and quality levels, through the comparison of the deliverables presented by the group to similar deliverables published in academic literature or in available private (i.e. in-company) sources. Thoroughness would be ascertained by an examination of the completeness of the group's deliverables as compared to similar published items, with the same breadth and depth of information coverage expected. Reliability would be ascertained through a comparison of the specific findings of the deliverables with similar, recent (or preferably current) research and analysis publications and through other research sources, with similar information and conclusions expected between the groups deliverables and published information.
Individual accountability within the group is best determined by group analysis of each individual's contributions, based on the quality of the final deliverables presented by each individual and the level/degree of contribution made by each individual in group discussions and decision-making processes. If possible, and open discussion of individual performance should take place within thr group; if dynamics have deteriorated too far to allow for this to occur in a productive manner, anonymous written reviews by and of each individual in the group should be submitted with the final deliverables for the project.
